Wroughton [centre, green] surrounded by (clockwise, from the north) Swindon [yellow], Chisledon [orange], Ogbourne St George [blue], Ogbourne St Andrew [yellow], Marlborough [green], Broad Hinton [pink], Broad Town [yellow], Lydiard Tregoze [blue] and Lydiard Millicent [green]. These were all separate ancient ecclesiastical parishes: except that Marlborough comprised the parishes of the Blessed Virgin Mary and SS Peter and Paul; and that Broad Town was formed from part of the ancient parish of Broad Hinton.
