13 June 1501: At Westminster morrow of Ascension 16 Henry VII [21 May 1501] before Thomas Wode, William Danuers and John Vauasour,  justices; adjourned to octaves of Trinity 16 Henry VII [13 June 1501]. William Dygne, plaintiff, v. Robert Skarlet and Anne his wife, deforciants of 7 tofts, 36 acres of land and 1 acre of pasture in Dunstable  Houghton Regis and Kensworth. Deforciants acknowledge the premises to belong to the plaintiff, for which the plaintiff grants the deforciants 40 marks
