Michaelmas 1558: Kent. John Mudle otherwise called John Mudle of Goocherst in the countye of Kent markettman, v. Simon Yonge late of Flymwell in county Sussex rypyer otherwise called Symon Yonge of Flymwell wythin the pisshe of Tyseherst in the cownty of Sussex rypyer. Debt 100s; William Basseld late of Godmersham in the county aforesaid cutteler, Thomas Boraige late of Capell in the county aforesaid yeoman, Debt 40s (both). Defendants have not come; had been ordered to be summoned; have nothing; to be taken, to be here on the morrow of Martinmas [12 November 1558].
