Robert Bulkeley esquire and Anne his wife, deforciants of 8 messuages, 10 tofts, 300 acres of land, 40 acres of meadow, 60 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood and 20s rent in Mogerhanger  Charleton and Southmyll. Deforciants acknowledge the premises to belong to John Vynter, for which the plaintiffs grant the deforciants £100

Deforciants acknowledge the premises to belong to John Mordaunt, for which the plaintiffs grant the premises to the defendants for life, to remain to John Mordaunt and his heirs
