John Kyng and Alianora his wife and Henry Kyng and Johanna his wife, deforciants of 7 messuages, 2 gardens, 60 acres of land, 8 acres of meadow, 50 acres of pasture and 3 acres of woodland in Woborn Chapell Byrchemore and Aspley Guys. Deforciants acknowledge the premises to belong to plaintiffs, for which the plaintiffs grant the deforciants 100 marks
